Die Idee wurde geboren, als draußen ein leiser Regen auf die Erde fiel...

Eine Idee, die auf dem Gedanken des Beisammenseins und der Beschäftigung mit einer der schönsten Dinge im Leben - dem genussvollen Essen - fußt.

Wo Genuß, Geselligkeit und gute Gespräche nicht nur unter Freunden stattfinden, sondern ganz bewusst in neuer Konstellation: mit Menschen, die sich nicht alle schon kennen, sondern sich an diesem Abend neu kennenlernen. Die private Küche wird zum Restaurant – und doch nicht ganz. Es gibt keine Karte, keine Preise, keine verschiedenen Tische.

Unser „at the baran“ hat einen Tisch, eine Gesellschaft von bis zu 12 Personen, ein Menü und ist ein privater Ort.

Wir laden 2025 an fünf Terminen (inklusive einem Sommerfest) in unsere Küche ein und kochen für Euch saisonal und international.

Das Menü besteht aus 6-8 Gängen und wird ca. 2 Wochen vorher bekanntgegeben. Lediglich zur Deckung der Ausgaben für Lebensmittel und Getränke bitten wir um einen festgelegten Spendenbeitrag. Mit Eurer Spende ermöglicht ihr weiteren baran-Gästen ein besonderes kulinarisches Erlebnis, so dass diese Gaumenfreunde ein Stück weit auch Eure Gäste werden... Vielen Dank dafür, dass Ihr so unsere Idee unterstützt und helft, sie weiterzutragen.

Wir freuen uns auf Euch! Ob allein, zu zweit, zu dritt oder viert (mit Euren Freunden oder Gaumenfreunden).

Zusätzlich zu unseren baran-Abenden bieten wir Euch die Option, uns als geschlossene Gesellschaft (max 12-14 Personen) zu besuchen (Geburtstagsfeiern, Familienfeste, etc.).

Auf Termin- und Menüwünsche gehen wir dabei natürlich individuell ein. Kommt gerne auf uns zu.

An idea based on the idea of being together and engaging with one of the most beautiful things in life - enjoyable food.

Where enjoyment, conviviality and good conversation take place not only among friends, but deliberately in a new constellation: with people who don't all know each other already, but get to know each other anew on this evening. The private kitchen becomes a restaurant - but not quite. There is no menu, no prices, no different tables.

Our "at the baran" has one table, a party of up to 12 people, a menu and is a private place.

We invite you to our kitchen on four dates in 2025 (including a summer party) and cook seasonal and international dishes for you.

The menu consists of 6-8 courses and will be announced approx. 2 weeks in advance. We only ask for a fixed donation to cover the costs of food and drinks. With your donation, you will enable other baran guests to enjoy a special culinary experience, so that these culinary friends will also become your guests to a certain extent... Thank you very much for supporting our idea and helping to spread it.

We look forward to seeing you! Whether alone, in pairs, in threes or fours (with your friends or culinary friends).

In addition to our baran evenings, we offer you the option of visiting us as a private party (max. 12-14 people), e.g. birthday parties, family celebrations, etc.
